Delivery:
• Standard Delivery - shipping within 1 to 3 business days - offered in France (except DOM-TOM) and charged 15€ for the rest of the Euro zone
• Express Delivery in France - shipping within 1 business day* - 30€
• Express delivery excluding France - shipped within 1 business day* - 40€
• Delivery by courier in Paris and its surrounding areas - 35€

Each order is delivered in a box and a dinh van bag.

Returns and exchanges:
If you want an exchange or a refund, you have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of your order. For all return requests, please contact our customer service at info@dinhvan.fr. The item(s) must be delivered in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions...), accompanied by the return form carefully filled in (with the desired jewel or size), a copy of the invoice and the certificate of authenticity. An exchange can only be made by post for purchases made online. Exchanges cannot be made in a store, or even at one of our retailers.
