Delivery:
Fedex delivery offered in the United States - shipping within 10 business days*

Each order is delivered in a box and a dinh van bag.
*The order must be placed before noon (except on holidays and weekends)

Returns and exchanges:
If you want an exchange or a refund, you have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of your order. Returns will be charged $15. This amount will be applied and deducted from the online order total.

For all return requests, please contact our customer service at info@dinhvan.fr. The item(s) must be delivered in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions...), accompanied by the return form carefully filled in (with the desired jewel or size), a copy of the invoice and the certificate of authenticity. An exchange can only be made by post for purchases made online. Exchanges cannot be made in a store, or even at one of our retailers.
