Returns and exchanges:
If you want an exchange or a refund, you have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of your order. Returns will be charged $15. This amount will be applied and deducted from the online order total.

The item(s) must be delivered in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions...), accompanied by the return form carefully filled in (with the desired jewel or size), a copy of the invoice and the certificate of authenticity. An exchange can only be made by post for purchases made online. Exchanges cannot be made in a store, or even at one of our retailers.
